I really enjoy seeing people reach their goals, whether athletic results or well-being and health; working with them on a one-to-one basis.
The First is a Sit-Down Session
You tell me what you want to accomplish or what your goal is and together we can establish the best steps, considering your needs, and how to get there.
Then the Training Levels
There are three levels available, depending on what you want to accomplish.
Start Up: A monthly program written for your individual goals with daily assignments. You can contact me by email or phone with specific questions or if you need special instructions.
Moving Up: Weekly assignments on a web-based program that allows you to enter results for me to read, and a weekly telephone analysis of your progress.
Podium: Web-based assignments with daily results, modification, and communication, as necessary, to best achieve your goals in the most efficient manner.
In addition, on a per-item basis I can do a video analysis of your run or swim so you can see the areas that need improvement. Usually the quick feedback provided can help you to step up a level quickly or to avoid possible future injuries.
